About Mapledurwell

Mapledurwell is part of the small parish of Mapledurwell and Up Nately.

The village lies some three miles to the east of Basingstoke within the Basing ward of the borough of Basingstoke and Deane, and is a pleasant mix of black and white cottages and modern housing dotted around a winding lane that leads from the direction of the M3 to a crossroads and village pond, continuing on further south-west.
